Antagonista TV Presents Dr Michael Parenti

For anyone not familiar with the outstanding political and ideological analysis of Dr Michael Parenti, here's a few hours worth of vaguely chronological lecture material to bring you up to speed.

Without any shadow of doubt, Parenti -- while not perfect (who is?) -- puts the likes of the much vaunted media darlings of the left, such as Noam 'Who | Cares?' Chomsky, George Monbiot and all the rest of them, to shame.

Watch, listen and learn.

I saw Parenti's OCTOBER 9, 2002, VANCOUVER video about a year or so ago.

I liked it a lot.

Sadly when I tried looking at his website then, It was down.

Thanks then for the extra vids and a reminder of Parenti

Thanks for the pointer towards Parenti. Certainly cares about the issues he talks about, rather than a dry self-important analysis, which I feel apply to some of the more celebrated figures you mention.

lwtc247: In fairness, there's not a huge amount on Parenti's site but it was working last time I checked.

Andrew K: Spot on analysis of Parenti Vs The Usual Whining, Droning, Mooing and Moaning Suspects.

Refreshing to hear someone that speaks with a bit of passion and conviction about subjects close to his heart.

If you can get your hands on another Parenti talk by the name of "Class AND Conspiracy", you may well enjoy that too.

Thanks for the link, lwtc247.

The boy Parenti, he did good. And, like the true Conspiraloon that he seems to have become, even dropped in a reference to the omnipotent stochastic theory that rules everything from regulated financial markets to, er, the price of fish.

Couldn't ask for much more really....
