Hurricane Rita: Prison Camp America

The Antagonist hopes readers are sitting very comfortably indeed prior to reading this...

Gov. Kathleen Blanco was asked yesterday about some of the 500,000 Louisiana residents in the path of Hurricane Rita that are choosing not to leave their homes, sit in 12 hours of traffic and die on the highways when the hurricane hits.

In response Governor Blanco said:
"If some people insist on not going … perhaps they should write their Social Security number on their arms in indelible ink."

Once more Governor Kathleen Blanco:
"If some people insist on not going … perhaps they should write their Social Security number on their arms in indelible ink."

The Antagonist can only surmise that all this talk of category 5 hurricanes means even the American government can't recruit enough tattooists to do the job properly.
