Via Guido, Liberal Democrat AM Mick Bates in anti-social behaviour shocker!! Seen holding up his middle finger during a debate in the Welsh Assembly chamber yesterday.
This is the sort of behaviour that, if Bates was working class, would see him thrown onto the streets and his home and children confiscated at the express order of the Home Secretary.

NEIGHBOURS from hell could be kicked out at 48 hours notice under plans for cops to treat antisocial residents as harshly as crack dealers.
Families will be left to seek new homes - then face rapid eviction again if they don't improve their behaviour.
They could even be sent to "sin bin" hostels and have their kids taken into care. Home Secretary John Reid aims to clamp down hard to curb Britain's epidemic of anti-social behaviour.
